About Rakesh Sahota

Rakesh Sahota's transformational journey began with personal loss—losing his partner Claire shortly after the birth of their daughter, Mia. This profound grief led him to discover the restorative power of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and coaching, guided by NLP co-founder Dr. Richard Bandler. Now a certified coach and NLP practitioner, Rakesh combines behavioural science techniques with empathy to support others in navigating their paths to recovery.

As an ICF Certified Professional Coach, a certified hypnotist, and a practitioner of Time Paradigm Techniques, Rakesh is dedicated to empowering his clients to reclaim their lives and find clarity. His mission is to offer compassionate, evidence-based counselling that fosters significant and sustainable change, proving that no one needs to walk their journey of healing alone.
